Our Beliefs
What We Believe
Our faith is rooted in the unchanging Word of God. These are the foundational truths that shape everything we do at The Lord's Hour Ministries.
God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Deuteronomy 6:4Matthew 28:19
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father.
John 1:11 Corinthians 15:3–4
Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works, and that all who repent and believe are born again.
Ephesians 2:8–9John 3:3
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells and empowers believers for holy living and service.
Acts 1:8John 14:26
The Church
We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and in the importance of the local church for worship, fellowship, and discipleship.
Hebrews 10:24–25Matthew 16:18
